The article is devoted to the study of the scientific activities of the great Hanafi faqih of the 12th century in Mawarannahr, such as Burhaniddin Marginani, Iftikhoruddin Tohir al-Bukhari, Alouddin Samarkandi, Alouddin al-Kosoni. The article analyzes the structure, methods, chapters, themes of the famous works of these scientists. The article also examines the universal values and ideas of philanthropy, especially the oriental moral education set out relating to family relationships.

In this article, using the example of fatwas of foreign ulema, Islamic regulations regarding early marriage in Muslim societies are analyzed. In some societies, this problem persists, and conservative ulama seek to defend the permissibility of early marriage. The contradictions on the issue of early marriages between different ulema, depending on the country and the madhhab, are revealed. Many modern ulemas are trying to liberalize the interpretation of Islamic norms on this issue.

This article is dedicated to Islamic international law. In this paper, Islamic international law is interpreted from three perspectives: as a separate subregional legal system, as an international legal doctrine and as a legal science. The formation, development and peculiarities of Islamic international law are highlighted. The contribution of Central Asian scholars in the formation of Islamic international law’s doctrine is also emphasized. According to the author, as long as the Islamic world and civilization, Islamic states and Muslim countries exist, the Islamic international law as a legal practice and doctrine, which embody Islamic values, will maintain its importance in their international relations today and in the future.

All that is important for humans and humanity is called values. Values are concepts that are used to express the importance of things and events, society, material and spiritual wealth. It is difficult to imagine the national values of each people without his history, spirituality, culture, customs, traditions. The article describes Islamic values, the concept of bad and good values.

This article describes various aspects of the scientific heritage in the field of dogmatic theology of two prominent scholars of the Ahli Sunnah wal-Jamaa, Abu Ja‘far al-Tahawi and Abu Hafs al-Nasafi. The texts “Akida al-Takhavi” and “Akaid al-Nasafi” were taken as the object of research. The article describes on a scientific basis the common and distinctive features of these two treatises.

The article says that Islam promotes tolerance, which is also reflected in trade. As evidence, Imam Bukhari wrote separate chapters on “Tolerance in trade and commerce” in his book “al-Jami al-sahih” and gave examples from the hadiths related to it. There are also commentaries on these hadiths by famous scholars. The article also cites examples from popular Hanafi writings on “tolerance in trade and commerce.”

The concept of love is, in a broad sense, an abstract concept in which someone sees fire, someone pain, and someone madness. According to thinkers, love is of two kinds. The first is man’s love for the Creator, that is, divine love. Through divine love, the slave is purified and attained status. The second is the love of a person for a person. This love encourages a person to live, to enjoy life.

The role of hadith in the life of the companions, their great interest towards hadith in the lifetime of the Prophet (pbuh) were analyzed on the basis of hadith collections and other sources in the paper. The early “Kitaba” stage of writing down and collection of hadiths and creation of hadith collections in the period of the companions was explained on the basis of obtained facts from the sources. The significance of the original works was noted, which became the first form of hadith collections.

The article analyzes the information about the Amir Temur Mosque given by the historian Hafiz-i Abru in his book “Zabdat at-tavarikh”. With this information, which is not found in other sources of the XIV-XV centuries, we can learn about the process of construction of the monument and some details of it that have not reached us. Because this evidence is not sufficiently involved in research. In the course of the research, the evidence presented by the historian was compared with about 10 works of that period.

The main feature of the manuscripts of the peoples of the East, including Central Asia, is that over the 14 centuries since the formation of Islam, these peoples have created scientific and artistic works not only in their native languages but also in Arabic and Persian. The article shows the introduction of the Arabic script and the role of the Arabic script in the rise of spiritual development in Khorasan and Movaraunnahr.

The article describes unique techniques and important aspects of narrating historical events in Ibn Jarir Tabari’s work “Tarikh ar-rusul wal-muluk”. In this source which is still recognized as the first encyclopedia of Islamic history, historical narratives are presented chronologically based on a the chain of transmission.

The article summarizes and analyzes the life and scientific heritage of Sayyid Sharif Jurjani, his existing works on the Koranic sciences, their structure, content and specificity of these works. The article also provides information about the scientist’s not yet received works. There is also information about the manuscripts of his work in this area, which have been received so far, but have not yet been studied.

The scientific heritage of Alikhantore Saguni (1885-1976) is of two types: works written by the scientist himself and translated works. This article describes the works of the scientist, including “Shifa al-ilal”, “Turkestan kaygusi”, “Tarikhi Muhammadi”, the history of their writing, content and specifics, and conducts a preliminary analysis. General information about the date of birth and personality of the scientist was also provided.

The purpose of the article is to identify the possibilities of using innovative technologies in the training of the module «Development of the Ideas of Enlightenment and their history».

This article analyzes the interests and influence of the United States, Russia and China on the development of Central Asia, as well as their prospects in the region. Various stages of manifestation of the influence of these centers of power are analyzed. The authors argue that the countries of Central Asia in the post-Soviet period perceived the forces in the USA-Russia-China triangle differently, and this was one of the important conditions for the formation of their multi-vector foreign policy. In this regard, the article notes that the balance of interests of Russia, the United States and China in Central Asia ensures the development and independent foreign policy of the countries of the region.

The role of regional organizations in strengthening cooperation in Central Asia, in particular the role of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in regional development is considered in this article. The influence of regional organizations on the issues of sustainable development and security of the countries of the region is emphasized. The activity of the Turkic Council and the SCO, which has a direct impact on the development of the region, is analyzed.
