The article analyzes the state of the environment and ecological situation in our country based on government decisions and programs. It discusses ways to overcome the negative consequences, the necessity of such actions, as well as the goals and objectives. The article also reflects Islam’s attitude toward nature, moderation, and wastefulness.

This article examines the potential of "green" sukuk, an Islamic financing instrument, in the transition to a green economy in Uzbekistan. The country's economic and financial situation, the current state of Islamic finance and the sukuk market, as well as the theoretical foundations of "green" sukuk are analyzed, and the possibilities for implementing this instrument are identified. The paper presents strategies and practical recommendations for developing the regulatory framework to implement "green" sukuk. The role of the first "green" sukuk issuance planned in Uzbekistan in facilitating the transition to a "green" economy is explored.

This article analyzes the role of Islamic financial instruments, particularly green sukuk, in the development of a green economy. Leading global practices in green sukuk issuance are reviewed, and their economic and environmental effectiveness is substantiated. Furthermore, the prospects of introducing green sukuk for financing the green economy in Uzbekistan are discussed, including existing challenges and recommendations for overcoming them.

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the Republic of Uzbekistan’s transition to a green economy in the context of implementing the climate agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It examines institutional, legal, and economic dimensions of the green transformation. National initiatives, environmental policies, and socio-economic effects are analyzed. Key risks are identified, and forecasts for sustainable development up to 2035 are provided.

Special attention is given to how agritourism can diversify income sources for local communities, while botanical tourism supports environmental education and the formation of sustainable consumption habits.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and China. Special attention is given to statistical data related to the overall trade turnover, investment flows, as well as the Belt and Road initiative, which facilitates the implementation of infrastructure and energy projects.

In the face of escalating climate, resource, and social challenges, green modernization has become a key direction for sustainable development. This is a complex and multidimensional process of transforming all spheres of the economy and public life, aimed at achieving ecological balance, economic efficiency, and social justice. The article examines the main aspects of green modernization—its goals, principles, implementation mechanisms—as well as the prospects and barriers on the path toward building a sustainable future.

The article reveals the role of environmental sustainability as a criterion for assessing national sustainable development strategies. Based on international indices, a comparative analysis of the countries of the region is conducted. The importance of international cooperation, scientifically based assessment and integration of quantitative indicators into policy is emphasized. The use of multifactor indices allows optimizing the management of natural resources and forming effective environmental strategies in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals.

This study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the impact of green economy principles on the social sphere of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with a special emphasis on human development. The paper considers three key aspects of this impact: generation of environmentally oriented jobs, improvement of public health indicators and transformation of the education system in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
