The article presents a philosophical analysis of the unique aspects of the concept of life in the teachings of Naqshbandi, founded by Muhammad ibn Muhammad al-Bukhari (1318-1389), known as Bahauddin Naqshband. It is proved that the concept of life in the teachings of Naqshbandiya is based on the principle of “Khush dar dam”. It is substantiated that dam-full breathing carried out with vigilance helps to sober up a person.

Information about the authors, manuscripts and the significance of these works in their time is given. In this article are being discussed distinguishing aspects and peculiarities of two works of the famous scholar Abu Hafs Umar Nasafi in the field of tafsir, “Al-Akmal al-Atwal” and “at-Taysir fi-t-tafsir”. Also, the reason why Umar Nasafi wrote another work on this topic after commenting on the verses of the Holy Qur’an in his large tafsir Al-Akmal Wa Al-Atwal.
