DEVELOPMENT OF A MOBILE APPLICATION STRUCTURE TO SUPPORT LABORATORY WORK ON PROGRAMMING IN THE PYTHON LANGUAGE
In this article, were analyzed existing training systems for developing a mobile application framework that would initially help to perform laboratory classes on the science of programming in Python. Also was justified the need for mobile applications for society. A mobile application framework has been developed that teaches the Python programming language using modern design systems. The stages of mobile application development are listed.
ECO-TOURISM PILGRIMAGE SITES ASSOCIATED WITH SPRINGS IN THE SURKHAN OASIS
This article elucidates the historical formation of sacred pilgrimage sites in the Surkhan oasis and their intrinsic connection to the lives of prominent scholars who contributed to the advancement of science, Islamic theology, craftsmanship, medicine, and the harmonization of nature and society. The study examines the veneration of interred figures and the subsequent sacralization of these locations. Furthermore, the paper provides a scientific analysis of eco-tourism potential, the historiography of pilgrimage objects bearing the title «Khoja» that are associated with springs, and significant socio-cultural aspects, including the practice of visiting these sites for both spiritual observance and therapeutic purposes.

DIRECTIONS FOR STRENGTHENING COOPERATION AND INTEGRATION OF CENTRAL ASIAN STATES AT THE PRESENT STAGE
This article examines key areas for deepening regional cooperation and integration in the Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan). The analysis is based on the political, economic, geostrategic, and sociocultural prerequisites for integration. The following priority areas are highlighted: economic integration and trade; energy and water resources; transport and transit; security and counterterrorism; digital transformation and education; institutional development; and regional cooperation formats. Specific mechanisms, implementation stages, and recommendations for overcoming key barriers are proposed for each area.
THE APPROACH OF IMAM MATURIDI IN UNDERSTANDING THE ELOQUENCE OF THE HOLY QUR’AN (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE INTERPRETATION OF SURAH AL-FATIHA)
This article analyzes the unique eloquence of the Qur’anic verses and Imam Abu Mansur al-Maturidi’s approach to understanding and interpreting them in his work “Ta’wilat al-Qur’an”, using Surah Al-Fatiha as an example. Drawing on the scholar’s commentary, the article explains the difference between ta ’wil and tafsir, and explores the lexical, stylistic, and semantic analysis of the verses. Furthermore, it examines the harmony of linguistics, theology (kalam), and jurisprudence (fiqh) in al-Maturidi’s exegesis, the balance between rational and transmitted evidence, and his interpretative methods in uncovering the eloquence of the Qur ’ante text.

DISTINGUISHED FAQIHS WHO CONTRIBUTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HANAFI MADHHAB
The Hanafi madhhab is eponymously named after Imam Abu Hanifa (r.a.). However, during the scholar’s lifetime, it had not yet fully crystallized as a distinct school of law. His doctrine was primarily developed and elevated to a broad scale by his disciples and renowned jurists who succeeded him. The deep rooting of the Hanafi school commenced specifically after the demise of Abu Hanifa (r.a.) through the agency of his students. The widespread dissemination of the madhhab is largely attributed to the contributions of Abu Yusuf (r.a.), who operated from the position of Chief Justice, the highest judicial office of that era. Imam Muhammad, conversely, facilitated the extensive proliferation of the Hanafi school principally through his written corpus. Consequently, the number of Hanafi jurists increased, leading to the further expansion and development of the madhhab in other territories. Another factor contributing to the school s broad acceptance was its relative leniency and flexibility compared to other legal schools. This article discusses specific prominent jurists who contributed to the evolution of the Hanafi madhhab.
THE THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF DERIVING LEGAL RULINGS FROM CUSTOMS IN THE HANAFI SCHOOL OF THOUGHT
This article analyzes the scientific, theoretical, and methodological aspects of deriving legal rulings from customs within the Hanafi school founded by Imam A zam. It explores the significance of urf in Islamic jurisprudence, its close connection with the Qur 'an, the Sunnah, and qiyas, as well as its role in issuing legal judgments through practical examples. The paper also discusses the definitions, conditions, and guidelines provided by Hanafi jurists regarding urf and highlights its relevance in addressing contemporary social issues.
STAGES OF CHILDHOOD, AND THE PROVISION OF CHILDREN’S RIGHTS IN ISLAM
In Islam, childhood is considered one of the most important and respected stages of human life. The Islamic religion mandates treating children with special attention, compassion, and kindness. This article is dedicated to the study of the history of children s rights, the attention given to the child and stages of childhood in Islam, as well as the issues regarding children s rights and their guarantees. Based on Islamic sources—the Holy Quran and the Sunnah— as well as modern research, the article analyzes the child’s rights to life, health, upbringing, education, property, and social welfare. Furthermore, the care extended to orphans and their rights within Islamic law are specifically highlighted. The research demonstrates that Islamic values regarding children are founded on principles of compassion, justice, and responsibility, and play a significant role in ensuring children s rights in modern society.
THE HANAFI SCHOOL OF FIQH IN 11TH CENTURY TRANSOXIANA: DOMINANCE AND THE CULTURE OF LEGAL DISCUSSIONS
The article examines the flourishing period of the Hanafi school offiqh in Transoxiana during the 11th century, under the rule of the Qarakhanid dynasty. It analyzes the reasons for the dominance of the Hanafi madhhab, its role in the socio-political life of the region, and its ability to adapt to local customs. Special attention is given to intellectual centers such as Bukhara, Samarkand, and Nasaf, and to key figures of the time, including Abu'l-Yusr al-Pazdawi and Abu'I-Mu'in allsasafi, who played a decisive role in the systematization of Maturidi kalam. The dynamic environment of legal and theological discussions is also explored, particularly the polemics with the Shafi 'i madhhab and the further codification ofpractical jurisprudence norms.
REFLECTION OF NATIONAL AND RELIGIOUS VALUES IN “KITAB AL-QAND” BY ABU HAFS NASAFI
Abu Hafs Nasafi in his work "Kitab al-qand”, cites numerous hadiths reflecting the national and religious values of the peoples of the Central Asian region, which were relevant in the 8th-12th centuries. An analysis of these hadiths reveals that the hadiths transmitted during the initial period of Islam s introduction to the region were related to issues of theology, Sufism, jurisprudence, and national and religious values.

EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUES OF KARAHIYAT IN THE BOOKS OF FIQH OF THE HANAFI SCHOOL
This article explores how the concept of karahiyyah (disapproval) is presented in the jurisprudential works of the Hanafi school. It analyzes the different terminologies used for chapters on karahiyyah, the lexical and technical definitions of the term, distinctions between makruh tahrimi and makruh tanzihi, and its application in matters of food, clothing, family, and social life. Furthermore, the article highlights the ethical and social significance of karahiyyah in guiding human behavior.
THE ROLE OF ARAB COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD CULTURAL HERITAGE: A HISTORICAL AND SCHOLARLY ANALYSIS BASED ON UNESCO CLASSIFICATION
This article analyses the role of Arab countries in the world cultural heritage based on UNESCO conventions, historical sources, and contemporary academic studies. The tangible and intangible heritage of the Arab world-particularly the monuments of Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco-highlights the contribution of ancient and medieval Islamic civilization to global culture. The findings emphasize the significance of Arab heritage for world civilization, current threats to its preservation, and the need for strengthened international cooperation mechanisms.
THE HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF MOSQUES AND MADRASAHS IN TASHKENT
This article presents scholarly information from primary sources about the emergence of scholars and intellectuals in medieval Tashkent (Shash) who made a significant contribution to the development of Islamic sciences, as well as about the city s socioeconomic, cultural, and spiritual life and the lifestyle of its population.
In addition, valuable data are provided on the development of Islamic culture and architecture in Tashkent during the 15th—16th centuries: the spread of Sufism, the construction of mausoleums over the graves of scholars and saints, the building of mosques, madrasahs, minarets, and pools around them, the allocation of waqf property for their maintenance, and the transformation of these sites into spiritual centers.
THE HISTORY OF THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM OF TASHKENT MADRASAS
This article analyzes the educational system of madrasas operating in the city of Tashkent in the 19th century, and their role in academic and spiritual life. Based on the information provided in historical sources, the number of madrasas existing during that period and the history of the famous madrasas - Khodja Ahror, Kukaldosh, Eshonquli Dodkhoh, andBarak-khan madrasas - are highlighted. Furthermore, the content of the educational process regarding the main subjects taught in these madrasas, namely the Quran and Tafsir (exegesis), Hadith, Fiqh (Islamicjurisprudence), Arabic language, Logic, and Literature, is revealed. The article also points out the role of Tashkent madrasas in religious and spiritual development, and the contribution of the Ulema (scholars) to the life of society. This research serves to deepen the study of the activities of historical madrasas in Tashkent and to understand past educational traditions.
JALALIDDIN MUHAMMAD QAINI AND HIS WORK “NAYSAIKH-I SHAHRUKHI”
This article highlights the importance of Jalaluddin Muhammad Qaini, who was called the “ruler s advisor, ” and his work “Nasayikh -i Shahruhiy. ” He lived during the reign ofShahrukh Mirza and gained his attention. He served as a muhtasib in the city of Herat. Jalaluddin Qaini was a jurist, hadith scholar, and preacher. He sought to strengthen Islamic values in society. He fought resolutely against various destructive currents and helped many of them find the right path. The work “Nasayikh-i Shahrukhi” mainly addresses the issues of providing religious guidance to the ruler, providing political advice, and explaining the principles of justice. This work is very important in illuminating the era of Timurid Shahrukhi Mirza.
THE ROLE OF MADRASAS IN THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM OF BUKHARA
This article analyzes the role of madrasas in the educational system of Bukhara during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Based on the works, it explores the structure of the educational process, curricula, and the social and religious significance of madrasas. The study demonstrates that madrasas were not only centers of religious teaching but also key institutions in shaping the intellectual and moral culture of Bukhara, preserving Islamic scholarship and contributing to the formation of the region s spiritual identity.
TRAINING ARABIC LANGUAGE SPECIALISTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW UZBEKISTAN: THE NECESSITY OF TRANSITIONING FROM A TRADITIONAL APPROACH TO A COMPETENCY-BASED MODEL
This article provides an in-depth analysis of the transformation in demand for foreign languages, particularly arable, in the context of the socio-economic reforms being implemented under the «New Uzbekistan» strategy. It substantiates that the expansion of Uzbekistan’s geo-economic and cultural-humanitarian ties with the arab world establishes new objectives for the language education system. The article reveals the inadequacy of the traditional approach in training arabic language teachers to meet modern requirements, as well as the existing contradictions. As a solution, a comprehensive competency-based modelfor future specialists is proposed, which includes philological, pedagogical-psychological, intercultural communication, innovative-creative competencies, and practical translation skills. Strategic recommendations for the practical implementation of this model are put forward.
THE CONTENT OF THE WORK «RAWZAT US-SALIKIN» AND ITS CODICOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The article provides a brief overview of the ancient manuscript titled «Ravzat us-solikin,» preserved in the collection of the Bukhara State Museum-Reserve, and the content of its titles, starting with basmala, praises, and prayers, and concluding with colophonic texts. The article also notes that valuable information about Sufism and some Sufis is presented in verse and prose in the form of narratives and stories. At the same time, the Naqshbandi order is recognized, and very critical views are applied to the ideas of the false tariqa. The article attempts to provide information not only from a textual perspective but also from a codicological perspective, characteristic of the manuscript. Speaking about the features of the manuscript, calligraphers and their methods of copying the text are also mentioned.
THE ELUCIDATION OF SYNTACTIC CHANGES AND THEIR CAUSES IN “MIFTOHU-L-ULUM”
Theoretical and Practical Elucidation of Syntactic Changes and Their Causes in the Treatise Miftahu-l-Ulum by Sakkaki. The treatise is significant as it perfectly systematized the sciences of not only balagha (rhetoric/eloquence) but also sarf (morphology) and nahw (syntax) in classical Arabic linguistics. The study analyzes specific grammatical rules within the syntax (nahw) section of the work, particularly the process of case inflectional variation in nouns, words with unique declension patterns, and the subtle differences occurring in the structure of phrasal constructions.
THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE MANUSCRIPT WORKS OF AL-MATURIDI AND THE SCHOLARS OF THE MATURIDI SCHOOL IN GLOBAL MANUSCRIPT COLLECTIONS (based on the examples of Abu al-Mu’in al-Nasafi and Sa‘d al-Din al-Taftazani)
This study examines the dissemination of manuscripts of Imam al-Maturidi s works and those of other scholars of the Maturidi school in global manuscript collections. Special attention is given to the works of Abu al-Mu 'in al-Nasafi and Sa‘d al-Din al-Taftazani, who played a key role in developing and systematizing al-Maturidi s doctrinal tradition. Based on the analysis of catalogs and digital manuscript databases, the study identifies the main centers of manuscript preservation, their geographical distribution, textual characteristics, and transmission paths, as well as the influence of these works on Islamic theological thought. The research highlights the importance of studying manuscript heritage for understanding the historical and intellectual development of the Maturidi school and its role in shaping Islamic theology in various regions of the world.
COVERAGE OF THE ACTIVITIES OF HAZRAT IMAM (KHASTIMAM) IN MEDIEVAL ARABIC SOURCES
In the world of Islam, along with such Imams as al-Bukhari, at-Termizi, al-Maturidi and others, Imam Abu Bakr Kaffal Shashi (904-977) occupies a special place among the numerous scholars who were awarded the title "Imam ”. Contemporaries respectfully called him "Hazrat Imam ”.
His full name is Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn AH ibn Ismail Kaffal Shashi. In Arab sources, the word "Kabir” ("big, ” "great ”) is added as a sign of respect and honor to his name. Initially, he was a skillful artisan who made locks and therefore later his profession became a prefix to his name "Kaffal”, i.e. "locksmith”.
This article examines the life and scholarly work of Kaffal Shashi, based on medieval Arabic primary sources. Medieval Arabic authors called Kaffal Shashi a great scholar. He was the Imam of his time, and also an indispensable and incomparable scholar in such fields of Islamic science as fiqh, hadith, the fundamentals of fiqh (us и I), and linguistics. The name of Kaffal Shashi is known in both the Maghreb (West) and the Mashriq (East).
