The world community entered the new millennium with many unsolved problems that have not been solved even at the peak of human history. The Arab countries located in Africa under study are an important component of the world community. There is an analysis of the change in the balance of geopolitical forces in the world with the collapse of the problems.

The article discusses age-related linguistic and psychological abilities and features of language learning of children of preschool age and English language learners. First, the article outlines some age characteristics of young learners, followed by some ways for teachers to teach them. In general, in the early period of life, children have very good abilities to acquire various information, as well as foreign languages.

The life and scientific activity of one of the Hanafi scholars of Mawarannahr, the scholar Abu Layth Samarkandi, has been widely studied by many researchers. In these studies, the scholar is presented as a famous jurist and commentator. This article paysspecial attention to the study of the aspects of Abu Layth Samarkandi’s scientific activity in theology. His contribution to the development of Moturidism as one of the Hanafi-Moturidi scholars was revealed.

Imam Bukhari is not only a muhaddis, but also a mufassir, that is, a commentator on the Koran. His work “al-Jame’ as-sahih” occupied a special place in the formation and development of the science of tafsir. This is evidenced by the fact that in this work there is a separate section devoted to the interpretation of the verses of the Qur’an, that is, a large section called “Kitab at-tafsir”. Based on the analysis of the interpretation of the verses of the Qur’an, the dignity of the suras, the reasons for sending down the verses, the science of the connection of the verses and the analysis of the hadiths related to their interpretation, this work can be noted as one of the first sources of the narrative interpretation of “tafsir bil-masur”.

It tells in detail about the emergence of the Basra school, its representatives and their work on the basis of reliable sources. The activity of the linguists of this school, which began from Abu-l-Aswad Duali and continued until al-Mubarrid, was reflected in the traditions of teaching and apprenticeship.

Since the Turkic peoples have always lived together, their culture, history and creativity are closely linked. Therefore, the study of well-known thinkers, scientists, writers and creators of Turkic culture and science cannot be left without the attention of Turkologists. In this context, this article presents information about the life and creative path of the Crimean Tatar poet, Turkologist, scientist Bakir Chubonzoda, who made a special contribution to the development of the Turkic language and literature. It tells about his scientific and artistic heritage, the lexical and semantic features of his works of art, the use of syntactic antonyms in his poems.

There are several features in Sakkoki’s work “Miftahu-l-ulum”. As proof of this, we can say about one of them three chapters, which followed the rules of glory formation. They are named by the scholar as follows: “First paragraph: necessary results (النتائج الواجبة); second paragraph: important results (النتائج الجائزة); third paragraph: impermanent results (النتائج غير المستمرة). The word “results” appears in the title of each paragraph. In each of these chapters, the linguist gave his views on the location of letters in words in examples.

The investigation of derivational features of the units, created with the participation of Arabic loanwords of “Qisasi Rabguzi”, serve to define the changes, made with Arabic words in the system of Turkic languages of the XIV-XV centuries. The article introduced a morphological analysis of Arabic masdar (category of action), participle and pronouns, being used for establishment of Turkic verb in “Qisasi Rabguzi” from the viewpoint of Arabic linguistics. The methods of classification and component analysis were utilized to reveal the subject of the research.

In this article, language units expressing national value in the works of English and American writers are analyzed in detail. Also, the characteristics of these language units, thematic groups, vocabulary, and sentence content are explained on the example of excerpts from the famous works of English and American writers.

There is considered in the article pedagogical views the ideas of East thinkers and given the possibility of these implementation in the process of training and education. We need to know that the great figures of the East such as Abu Nasr Farabi, Ibn Sina, Alisher Navai, Jalaluddin Davani, Saadi Shirozi, al-Khorazmi, Mohlarayim Nadira, Muhammad Reza Ogahi, Yusuf Khos Hajib are the pride of our nation.

The founding of Bait ul Hikma in Baghdad in the early Middle Ages paved the way for the development of the natural sciences in the Muslim world. Naturally, philosophical science also entered in parallel with the natural sciences. In contrast to the dogmatic schools of Mutazili, Asharia, Maturidiyya, the philosophical schools of such scientists as Kindi, Farabi, Ibn Sina, Ibn Rushd, based on Greek philosophy, arose and their work had a great influence on European thought in later times.

For the first time, the article introduces into scientific use information about the largest scientist and thinker of the era of the specified period, Mohammed Sharif al-Bukhariy, who was born in the village of Kurgan in the Bukhara fog of Zandana. His full name was Muhammad Sharif ibn Muhammad al-Husseini al-Alawi al-Bukhari (ум. 1109 г. х.). He was educated in Bukhara in the Mir-Arab madrasah, where he wrote his main works concerning the social life of that time. He is also known under the pseudonym “Mavlyavi Sharif”, and in some sources is referred to as Ohund Mullo Muhammad Sharif.
