THE SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE WORKS OF SCHOLARS OF THE IRAQI AND KHORASAN HANAFI SCHOOLS
The article analyzes the scholarly legacy of the Iraqi and Khorasan schools of the Hanafi madhhab and examines the scientific and practical significance of their works. The Iraqi school emerged through the activity of Abu Hanifa and his students and is distinguished by its practice-oriented approach to resolving issues of fiqh. The Khorasan school, in turn, made a significant contribution to the theoretical development of the madhhab by elaborating the principles of usul al-fiqh and harmonizing theology and law. The study provides a comparative analysis of the methodological features of both schools and highlights their role in state governance, judicial practice, and education. It also substantiates the contemporary relevance of this legacy for modern Islamic legal studies.
SOCIAL FACTORS DETERMINING THE DEFORMATION AND STABILITY OF FAMILY VALUES IN THE CONTEXT OF EXTERNAL MIGRATION
This article provides a sociological analysis of the impact of globalization and external migration processes on the modern institution of the family. The study highlights the deformation (transformation) of family values under migration conditions, while simultaneously identifying the key social factors that preserve family stability. The author explores both the negative and positive aspects of factors such as long-distance relationships between spouses in migrant families, gaps in child-rearing, and the weakening of social control. The article concludes with scientific and practical recommendations for ensuring the sustainability of family values.
